The latest release states:
"If you have a DV Avi file you want to convert to SVCD, but you don't have a proper DV codec
installed (which usually costs money), download these two programs and install them:
http://www.justedit.com/pub/drivers/Canopus_DV_File_Converter.exe
http://www.justedit.com/pub/drivers/dvcodec.exe
When you have installed the above programs load the DV Avi file into the File Converter and
convert it, when it's done you can load the converted Avi file into DVD2SVCD."
Does DV above refer to divx files or any digital video file? I am trying to figure out how to convert divx files (which always seem to have weird frame rates) to svcd. Can dvd2svcd do this? Apparently standalone players don't support frame rates other than 23.976,25,and 29.97?
