MPEG-4/H.264 PLayer with Frame by frame controls

Hi,

I am trying to troubleshoot some H.264 transcodes (Main, Level 3.0) and am trying to find a software player other than QuickTime Player that has the facility to step through clips frame by frame, ideally using the keyboard.

Does anybody know of one, or how to enable this in VLC, WMP etc?

I was always partial to good ol' Virtualdub through an AVS script as well.
