Before i formatted my pc, when i used to convert a video to something thats compatible with my Nokia 5800 using AVS Video Converter, my CPU usage is always at 99/100 % while converting. But after that, its only using 20% if my CPUs.
Please help!
:thanks:

It really depends on the encoder settings and AviSynth script. Are you comparing apples to apples?

same script. Its not apple, its PC
Just cause it's the same script doesn't mean jack. What matters is your encoding chain. Do you have the exact setup as you did before? Obviously not. Make sure that you are using the same Avisynth version (probably the MT version, I assume). In addition, make sure that you are using the exact same encoder settings as before. Same thing for your filters. If you are using older versions of your filters on accident, you may not be getting proper threading.
In short, something changed. You are the only one who can figure this out, as we don't have your computer.
