I've tried two big AGK jobs, and both of them came out showing just a small segment of the screen. The width is right, but the top and bottom third are cropped off.
Any suggestions? Thanks!

Hi,
Can you post some extracts for 1 or both AGK logs?
Be careful about downloaded material as input not accepted here (DVD is ok).

Hi,
I cannot use your log without indication for the output width; did you cut it, or mix 2 different encodes?
(please copy/paste instead of asking for an attachment)
Here is a log from a partial encode I made as an example:

I made no changes, I just used default values.
However, I think I have solved the problem. I reran it using a ripped copy on my hard disk instead of the original DVD, and then it worked. Looks like something on the DVD confused it.
Anyway, here is the top part of the log.

Hi,
Thanks for the new log, never done it that way, so it was confusing me.
Yes, it is highly recommended to rip the sources to HD. NOt doing it can expose to many problems.
