First off I am new to this site and this is my first post. I have learned alot here so thanks to everybody!
Here is my problem. I am trying to back up a DVD set and each DVD is a DL. I have tried to back it up with DVD decrypter 5.5.4.0 and DVD shrink so it would fit on a 4.7 DVD. I also tried DVD Fab Platinum 5.2.3.2. then Anydvd too. It says no copy protection is found.
Really confused because the DVD says this in Anydvd.
Media is a Data DVD.
Booktype: dvd+r dl (version 1), Layers: 2 (opposite)
Size of first Layer: 2086912 sectors (4076 MBytes)
Total size: 4173824 sectors (8152 MBytes)
Video DVD (or CD) label: J......_S1_D1
Media is not CSS protected.
Video Standard: NTSC
Media is region free.
RCE protection not found.
Found & removed wrong DVD structure!
Structural copy protection not found.
Autorun not found on Video DVD.
Bad sector protection not found.
Emulating RPC-2 drive with region 1!
When the backup is done it appears split and jitters. I can only guess it is some kind of copy protection. Does anybody know if there is a way around this? :thanks:
