how to convert svcd to vcd

i want to ask how can i covert a svcd to vcd???

Read Doom9's guides and use TMPGEnc.

you have to be flexible here... read the first part of my svcd -> divx guide (step 1-3) then the 2nd part of the avi -> vcd/svcd guide (step 2-4).. and keep in mind that you do have an external wav file for the 2nd guide.. so whenever it says to load the avi you extracted from the wav, load the wav you created following the svcd -> divx guide.

but you are aware that you will get very bad quality that way... lower than VHS.
