Sound doesn't match

I am using Flask MPEG and I can't get my audio to match the video. It is just barely off.

Is the source NTSC?

If yes try the VirtualDub Method. There u can make ITVC with Tamenc. I had that problem when i ripped WSS (west side story). It worked perfectly after that.
