Problem with mkv 1280x544

I have a mkv with 2 audio tracks and multiple subs streams. I used mmg.exe selecting english DTS audio and spanish subtitle. Then i used uncropMKV .Then i played this new mkv with mpc and media player and both appears double subtitles. My surprise was greater when i used popBD and the result BD-r disc had the same double subtitles, both of them spanish streams but one more bigger than the other. Any1 help me in this issue?, thanxs.

Sounds like 2 filters are loading different subs. Is there an external srt file and a subtitle muxed with the mkv?

First i thought that but i made a subfolder tempo and put the mkv alone and again plays with 2 spanish subtitles.One small and the other bigger and clear. When i used popBD, my samsung BDP-1500 plays it fine but with "no subz" appears the little sub and then when i select "sub:und" the bigger and clear subtitles appears over the little one that is still on the screen turning all the escene a complete mess. Hope you can help me.

Can you extract the subs from mkv with mkvextractGUI (http://www.videohelp.com/tools/MKVExtractGUI) and upload to a file host service like mediafire (http://www.mediafire.com/) and post the link?

Ahhh one thing, before i used uncropMKV the file plays fine with one spanish subtitle big and clear. After uncropMKV i started all this problems.
