or maybe there is a better tool to mux movie? ...
Thanks in advance
Can you successfully play your bluray without lagging before you mux your files?

I wonder if this is the same issue I see with MPC. Where BD, .264 or .vc1 files muxed to (m2)ts with tsmuxer can't seek right, goes out of sync and eventually crashes the player it doesn't matter what splitter and decoder I use. While PowerDVD 7/8/9, WinDVD, Arcsoft TMT 3, WMP11 play the same file correctly. However if you mux mkv to (m2)ts with tsmuxer MPC plays it fine. In this case I'd say it's more a problem with MPC but I'm not 100% sure.
I'm not familiar with TotalMedia Extreme but I think it uses the same splitters/decoders TMT 2 uses. Can you try the m2ts file in WMP11 and see if it plays correctly?
EDIT: Also fragmented hard drive may cause this, have you defragmented lately?

@SUPERIORwhen it's done, i tried the movie. but badly it's laggingIf you haven't already done so, try playing from a mounted .ISO image file and/or a burned disc...

i tried the file (m2ts) in WMP11 and powerDVD 8, it's working very fine .... i think you are completely right about the decoder using by Totalmedia
@setarip_old
it's working too
does this mean my problem is just dealing with totalmedia or i have to use another authoring tool??
PS: i just forgot to mention that am using old version of tsmuxer v1.8.4b if that makes any sense
Thanks very much guys

It means that once you've burned it to disc, or retain it as a mounted .ISO image file, it will play properly on your PC.
The problem likely lies with the overhead requirements of various programs for playing .M2TS files DIRECTLY versus playing as BluRay "packages".
Try your mounted .ISO image file with "TotalMedia Extreme" - It too will likely play properly...

Thanks for clarifying .....
I tried that, but same thing, still has problem
when i tried to play it in power dvd 8.... i got no problem
now am wondering if i burn it to BD, and run it on BD player ...... is there any lil chance to face same problem?

Seems to be the same type of problem as MPC-HC has then.
If you demux with tsmuxer then mux with tsmuxer does it have the same issue?
There's a chance it will play incorrectly but I highly doubt it, I've never seen anyone report it at least.
