Program error on Close

Hello, I am using DVD2SVCD with windows 2000 and when ever I close DVD2SVCD I get this error: DVD2SVCD.exe has generated errors and will be closed by Windows. You will need to restart the program. An error log is being created.
Any ideas on what the problems is?

I found a thread sort of like it;

The problem occurs when I have Pop-Up Stopper enabled.
