How ca I repair "Corruption at Frame 162332" ?

First of all:
Sorry if this is some kinda off-topic, but i did not now where else to put it as almost all other Topics are anout special progs
Now my prob:

I have a movie which i couldn't play as an error occured during d/L
I wanted to fix it with Divx-Fix, as i thought it was too short, but that wasn't the problem.
Divx-Fix found a corruption an frame 162332 and then freezed.
Now my Question.... can i repair this frame someway?
If yes how??:confused:

I'm afraid that your only option here is to open the avi with VirtualDub, move close to the corrupted frame and start forwarding frame by frame. While doing this, keep an eye on the left side of the status bar for a message "error -100 getting the frame", or something like that. This is the first corrupted frame. Keep on moving till you get to a correct frame again. Mark the screwed up section and delete the bad frames. Then save the file, just make sure that in the Video menu you have selected "Direct stream copy" and not the default "Full processing", otherwise VirtualDub will re-encode and you certainly don't want that.
