Adding infos to an IFO ?

I have an IFO (VIDEO_TS.IFO) that has only 2 streams (video+audio) despite the corresponding VTS_01_0.IFO has 3 (video + audio + subs). Of course the VOBs contain all 3 streams.

How can one add the subs to the VIDEO_TS.IFO without reauthoring the whole thing?

Stream info is per vts based but you can add remove pointers by double clicking the pgc(s) with pgcedit.
