How can I extract the .m2ts from an AVCHD I just burned?

I just burned an AVCHD (on a DL DVD) and now I cant even view the contents of the disc.

However, I can play the disc fine using Arcsoft TotalMedia Theatre. So, how can I get my .m2ts file back?

What happened to the source you burned it from?

I deleted it. I thought I would be able to back up the content onto DVDs and retrieve them later.

This was made with Total Media Extreme, if that matters.

Figured it out. Used ISO Buster to read the UDF 2.5.
