I use txMuxer to demux the vc1 and ac3 file. I then use MKVMerge to mux them in to a MKV. After that I use MeGUI to transcode and resize to h264.

The problem is that I have an audio delay. I need a way of determining what the delay is and also... how to correct it, heh.

I've noticed that after muxing the tracks into the MKV, the audio is already delayed.

I also notice in MKVMerge there is a delay field so that should correct it. I guess I just need to know how much to correct it by.

Hi!

If your original source material is a BluRay disc, it would be much simpler to use "MakeMKV" - no need for "AnyDVDHD" to decrypt and no need to demux and remux...

do demux with Eac3to, apply automatically positive or negative audio delays ...
use MKVMerge to mux ..

Make sure the frame rate is correct, or it may be out of sync.
