Newbie: how to 1920x800 > 1280x720 letterbox

Hi, i'm new to Avi Synth but really like it already.

I'm wondering how to do this..

I have a trailer in format 1920x800 , i need to get in a 1280x720 container, without getting stretched.

How to do that?

It's generally better for downsizing (than Lanczos). Less ringing.
