I am fairly new to MeGUI. I have it set up and it's working fine. I have a friend in Germany who I am trying to help set it up. He has everything installed correctly. I have no idea what most that is so I am asking here. I have the same file as him on my PC and I can encode it. He has 6GB of RAM. Could that be the issue? He mentioned he can't use Xilisoft becuase it only accepts 4GB.
