These were brand new discs when I copied them onto my computer.
I can't seem to play the videos at all on my computer, it just shows up blank and the time bar at the bottom of Media player Classic doesn't move at all. These are 1080i videos which is something I've never seen in a Blu-ray spec yet, but I doubt that has anything to do with my problem.
I've tried eac3toGUI, Ripbot264, and MeGUI all of them failed during my encoding steps.
I am able to play my m2ts's in PowerDVD just fine, but MPC freezes after it starts playing.

To make sure I was setup properly I put one of my "Heroes" Blu-rays through and it came out perfectly.

I get this message in Ripbot: Directshowsource: Timeout waiting for graph to start.

Make sure YOU DON'T USE libavcodec for vc-1 in ffdshow. Select disabled or wmv9! Libavcodec does not support interlaced vc-1.

I have just got ripbot264 to take my rip now, your reply saved me a lot of time. If there's a way to put this thread on as "solved", mods you can.

The video has some major motion blur, and it hasn't and doesn't need deinterlacing. Is there some way to de-progressive the video
or something. The source is 1080i60, but when I encode it without needing to deinterlace it comes out as 29.970fps progressive with lots of motion blur.
Is there a setting in MeGUI's Avisynth that can help?
