I was working on a DVD PAL to NTSC project today and thought of something I never considered before.
My conversion includes correction for the PAL speed up (assumefps(23.976) & recoding the audio slower).
When remuxing the tracks, if the source has an audio delay, shouldn't that be recalculated?
I mean a delay of 100ms would actually be something like 104.3ms after conversion wouldn't it?
I realize it's minuscule and probably doesn't amount to a whole frame until you're talking full seconds, but for argument's sake, what is the correct calculation (if any)?
