Perhaps your OS is too old. Looks like Windows ME.

The problem could be that you already have an instance of tsmuxer open from the gui... :rolleyes:

From your snapshot, there's a tsmuxer gui 1.9.9 instance on your taskbar. That's what DaMacFunkin was referring to.

The problem could be that you already have an instance of tsmuxer open from the gui... :rolleyes:
