View Full Version : MeGUI: Nero AAC 5.1 Audio Mux Issues

Could anyone else try muxing the following six waves with the included AviSynth Script file with MeGUI using Nero AAC?
I kept getting errors and what not. They are 32bit, but Nero should still support those.
Gave up and got it to work after converting them to 24bit, but would like not to have to convert them at all.
Any thoughts? Thanks

No problem also here.
Equivalent log, only the commandline because i use always quality settings for neroaacenc:
--[NoImage] Commandline: D:\Programa\Audio\0\neroAacEnc.exe -ignorelength -q 0.35 -if - -of "D:\Internet\Desktop\WAV to 5.1.mp4"
With q 0.35 I obtain an AAC LC 308 Kb/s in average for this sample.
What is your problem?
Check the Neroaacenc version.

Any of you on Vista (32bit)? I am and it seems to be an issue with the path location I think.
I took one of the files "C.wav" and did a single encode to confirm the path and made sure it was the same in the avs for all files.
It is, but still says it can't open the first wave, that being FL.wav.
I also tried the encode on my laptop that runs XP Pro using the Wav to 5.1 script and it ran first time.
So issue is somewhere in the path location. It should be correct, so don't know why it keeps saying it's wrong.

I run XP SP3 32bit, sorry I can't help you with Vista.
Try use always simple paths instead system folders like in your avs: "C:\Documents and Settings\Webmaster\Desktop\FL.wav"

Yeah, I hear what you are saying.
I tend to keep the waves that I'm recording on desktop.
But I then even tried to move them to the C:/ root on vista and it still didn't work with just C:/FL.wav (etc...)
So I don't know... At least I have a laptop with XP Pro that I can use for the audio encoding.
