AutoMKV doesn't work for WMV?

I think most people are using x264. I just downloaded and installed the AutoMKV.
Anytime I select MKV instead of MP4, the AutoMKV hangs and have to kill it.
I think I have bad install? Encoding into x264 works fine.

make sure you have installed all required applications, like ffdshow, haali media splitter and wmencoder 9.5 and wmv11dist
