How to convert m2ts to avi/divx [Archive]

Please anyone can help me to find a good software to convert m2ts files to any format such as avi, divx and so on.

megui, hdconverttox.. the mpeg4 gui forum...

i would suggest ripbot264, but is for mkv and mp4 , not avi
