Hi all, Happy Early Easter (to whom it may apply :) !! Some quick questions about MEGUI options...

1. I encode m-hd 99% of the time, typically sharktooth's xbox 360 profile, tweaked, 4gig files after muxed, and I usually use the 'auto-encode' button to achieve the proper file size. Sometimes, bc DOS sucks, my computer blue screens during the second (final) pass. I'm wondering if there's any way I can plug in the stats file from the first pass to encode the second, without having to run both again...? I may just be blind and can't find the option.

2. Also, is there a better way to achieve file size in my x264 options without having to setup the queue with 'auto-encode'... What would you guys recommend to be the best process for 2 pass?

Any feedback would be appreciated! :)

If these are stupid questions and you think I haven't done enough digging yet, please at least post a link where I may find the answer. Thanks.

Sure, but you would have to use x264 directly as opposed to using MeGUI as the front end.

In my opinion auto-encode is the best way.
