Simple tool to slice a BD (M2TS) after ripped to HD?

Is there relatively slick way of taking the main m2ts of a ripped BD title and making a new m2ts complete with all the streams intact, particularly the subtitles? Thanks...

Try TSMuxer/TSRemux/TS4NP etc. TSMuxer is probably your best bet.
