Any program that work on remote desktop?

I'm connecting to a remote desktop and I don't have admin access so meGUI doesn't work on it. Are there any converters that work that doesn't require admin access?

you can check ripbot264, hdconverttox,staxrip..

but.. gui based on mencoder should fuction without problem
