DVD to MP3 Audio

OK, I need some help. I have never done this before. I have a concert on DVD that I would like to convert to an audio cd. I only want the audio, not the video, so that I can play it in my car. I want the best sound possible. I need to know what I programs that I need to download and if possible, step by step instructions. Thanks.

Hmmmm .... why not posting your wish list from last christmas here ? Step-by-step instructions .... sure, we have nothing better to do !!

Use Besweet and read according Doom9 Guide .... only difference is that using SSRC for resampling to 44.1 KHz is a must here and in azid set output to 16 bit PCM or your car-cd player dont like it .... Nero or similar will burn the 16 Bit WAVs as an audio-CD then ...
