I have dxva encoded videos which have errors when using mkv as a container but play perfectly when muxed into a "ts". What could be the problem. I don't mind using ts containers but I would prefer the flexibility of mkv.

Here is an example. This is with 720p video. When muxed into "ts" it plays perfectly

Post a sample please. You can cut MKV with MKVMergeGUI and cut TS with DGSplit. Upload to MediaFire.

What is your muxing application for the blocky file?
