Here is a file you can use to localize your multiAVCHD:

multiLANG_eng.txt (http://multiavchd.deanbg.com/multiLANG_eng.txt) - ENGLISH (base)
multiLANG_deu.txt (http://multiavchd.deanbg.com/multiLANG_deu.txt) - GERMAN (by Stefan Lange)
multiLANG_txt_ini (http://multiavchd.deanbg.com/multiLANG_zho.rar) - TRADITIONAL CHINESE (by drpaulng) (archive contains 2 files)
multiLANG_bul.txt (http://multiavchd.deanbg.com/multiLANG_bul.txt) - BULGARIAN (by me - partial)
multiLANG_esp.txt (http://multiavchd.deanbg.com/multiLANG_esp.txt) - SPANISH (by josu ganboa)
multiLANG_pol.txt (http://multiavchd.deanbg.com/multiLANG_pol.txt) - POLISH (by Tomasz Szkutkowski)

*****************************

Rename it to multiLANG.txt and put it in your multiAVCHD folder if you want to use it.

This is just a test version, so be really careful to follow the instructions in the head of the file:

#########################################################################################################
# multiAVCHD language sample (English - original)
# Dean Kasabow - April 5th, 2009
#
# DO NOT EDIT FIRST COLUMN! (LABEL)
#
# COLUMN 2 (Text) will be displayed in the GUI
# COLUMN 3 (Hint) will be displayed when hovering the mouse over an option
#
# DO NOT USE | sign in texts or hints
#
# USE # sign to comment a line and leave original text in english or simply delete the line
#
# LABEL|TEXT|HINT
#
#########################################################################################################

Example: the first line to translate is:

browseAVCHD|AVCHD/BDMV folders|Click to add AVCHD/BD compatible folders

So you don't touch the things in red like the first column and the "|" characters. I may later add more labels to the example file. Just test to see if multiAVCHD will show specific letters from your native language alphabet. You can remove lines or move them around - there is no order restriction. You can add comments everywhere (starting a line with # char).

If anyone decides to translate the _eng file - send me an e-mail and I'll include it in the list.

For anyone who uses traditional chinese characters in generating multiAVCHD:

There is a character that is completely incompatible with this software. The word 會 should never be used in anyway with multiAVCHD.
e.g. Concert 演唱會 contains 會 which will crash on naming your video titles in the menu. Also, the traditional chinese translation of multiAVCHD never works with the word 會 in multiLANG.ini.

Is it the same as "侖"? Can you give me its uncode or any other char code using charmap in windows?

There are so many house-alike :) symbols and I can't find it.

Okay... it is $B77C and since multiAVCHD is win32 app with no unicode support it gets confused because of the 7C which is the "|" sign - used as a special delimiter for text arrays in multiAVCHD.

I think I can fix it now :)
