What kind of subtitle?
For a SUB/IDX file, this can be done easily by just changing the time stamps in the IDX file with a script or whatever. I wrote a small java program for this some time ago that I could share.
For BD-SUPs, take a look at BDSup2Sub.

Then it's as simple as for the SUB/IDX, yet I don't have a script for it. Yet I'm pretty sure I've seen posts about this here some time ago. Tried the forum search?
E.g. a quick search for "srt speedup" brought up this thread amongst others:

You can use Subtitle Workshop for SRT fps-based time shifting.

Subtitle Workshop. Set Input FPS to 23,976, FPS to 25, File -> Save as... your new subtitle.
or
SubtitleCreator. Synchronize -> Convert frame rate.
There are also other tools like Subtitles Modifier, SubConvertor etc., which will do this.

Subtitle Workshop. Set Input FPS to 23,976, FPS to 25, File -> Save as... your new subtitle. .....
Hi unskinnyboy,
I just downloaded Subtitle Workshop 4beta4 and I can NOT find where in the world is the "Input FPS" button and the "Output FPS" button ... I am able to load up the SRT ... but then I am stuck ...
Probably it is a Simple Overlook on my part ... but I have looked over every single drop down and no luck.
Could you help with some "Dummy-Proof" hints or bullets.
I have a 23.976FPS SRT that needs to be timed to 25FPS ... since my source AVI is 25fps.
Thanks,
G! :)

Since the last post to this thread was nearly a year ago, he may not show up. I use his other suggestion for the job, SubtitleCreator. Open the SRT and go Synchronize->Convert Frame Rate. Fill in 23.976 and 25, hit 'Apply', and go File->Save SRT As, and give it a new name.

Hi Gruf Luigi,
Bless your heart Buddy ... I think I am going to uninstall the New & Improved 4Beta4 and go to the 2.51 Version ... it looks more straight forward ... and Thanks for the Picture.
Cheers!
G! :)
