DVDs that look good upscaled

What DVDs have you found to look very good when upscaled? One of the best I've seen is Jericho Season One (two was pretty good, too), which looked amazingly good (not HD of course, but darn good) when played in my Toshiba HD-A30 HD DVD player. I let someone borrow it, so I haven't seen it on my Sony BDP-S350. Some episodes from my dad's Twilight Zone (original series) DVD set looked pretty darn good on the Blu-Ray player, though I haven't compared it to my HD DVD player, since I only have room for one player. So what have you seen that you liked?

EDIT: I should probably mention that my TV is a Samsung 56" DLP, model HLS5687W.

My Toshiba HD-A3 (as you likely know, considering you have a similar model) does an excellent job of upconverting all DVDs - including a particularly excellent job with CGIs...
