I've been using DVD Decrypter and MeGUI for while now, but I recently picked it back up after about a year hiatus. I discovered that Sony has a new form of obfuscation that DVD Decrypter doesn't like (for instance with Casino Royale). Suggestions were to use DVDFab HD Decrypter or AnyDVD.
I used DVDFab HD Decrypter (the free version) and it ripped the movie fine but it was missing a feature I was used to with DVD Decrypter: the ability to create a chapter list file that MeGUI can use during the mux process. It doesn't seem to have this ability, even in the Gold and Platinum editions. I couldn't see that AnyDVD had this feature either.
I figured it would be relatively easy to search for a program that can create a chapter list file that MeGUI can import but I haven't been able to find anything. MeGUI has a chapter creator feature, but this appears to be entirely manual. Is there a program today that can grab DVD chapter information and put it in a text file, even for modern Sony discs?
If this information is available somewhere on the forums, please forgive me. I searched both Google and this forum for information for about 30 minutes with no relevant results before posting.
