MeGUI: Application Error

I've downloaded and just installed MeGUI 0.3.1.1014 from sourceforge.net. The installlation went A-OK but as soon as I executed the application, it gave me this error

"The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000135). Click on OK to terminate the application."

and when I reinstalled it, but the error remain persistent.


Please help me.:confused:

Yeah its never been installed.

I have installed .NET Framework 2.0 and atleast now Im able to browse the GUI.
