Force Subtitles Greyed Out

I've searched, but have not found any info on this. Under movie only mode it says "Force Subtitles On", but it's greyed out. This feature not implemented yet or do I need to add something?

There has to be someone who knows.

I don't know for sure but I have a gut feeling that it's a feature to be added later. If so I don't understand why it's there.
