Open ImgBurn, set it to BUILD mode with the OPTIONS tab set for UDF 2.50. Select the directory that contains the BDMV and CERTIFICATE folders -- and burn to the blank. I'd test it on a BD-RE first to make sure everything is good to go...

For what its worth...
I open ImgBurn,
click "Write Files/Folders to Disc,
click the options tab to be sure its set to UDF File system and Revision 2.50.
Then I just drag the whole folder (ie D:\BD-R_Workfolder\LIVE_AND_LET_DIE) into ImgBurn...
Click the label tab and type in the name of the movie,
Lastly, click on build...
I usually burn to BD-RE first, then come back and burn to a regular BD-R disc, but I do it less and less as I get more confident that the results will be ok.
