ive tried vodsub and subrip but they are both very tedious...
dvdsubedit im trying now...

That being said, the automatic OCR available in DVDSubEdit is very fast but unreliable, so be prepared to do some serious editing afterwards.
I only use SubRip. I've done so many and saved so many character matrices that I hardly ever do much typing.

yea. i see what you mean about dvdsubedit...
subrip is ok but its tedious like is said. seems like the character matrix file that ai4spam put out would help but all the links to it are dead, has anyone got it?
