I'm trying to use the LB Killer program to clean up frames of an MPEG2. What I'm doing is loading the MPEG2 into Virtualdub-MPEG2 and frame serving it to the LBkiller program. When I load it into Virtualdub, it looks interlaced at times. Its supposed to be progressive but its got frames that are jagged. Is this just a progressive encode that was done incorrectly? If I change it to 23.96 it looks fine but them my audio is out of sync. Does anyone know how to fix this?
