disable appearance of Procoder encoding window

I'm using dvd rebuilder mostly with procoder 3 and one of the annoying things is the fact that procoder opens a window whenever starts encoding a new segment.

is it possible to disable this?

I have already disabled the audio beep of procoder but can't find this window option.
