remix ts to mkv problem

hello i have some probleme

when i try to remux h264 in .ts (sat rip)
to mkv i need to set fps to 50fps (ariginal is 25fps)

if i set 25fps the mkv is unplayable and i notice that the video duration is double

ANIXE HD = 25fps, PAL (some programs report 50fps because of the interlacing flag, even though the video can be progressive)

Use Haali's GDSMUX.EXE to create a .mkv directly from any .ts.
