View Full Version : NTSC, then FILM in the same VOB?

The past couple of DVD's I ripped (Final Fantasy R3, Gladiator R1) are reported by DVD2AVI as having an NTSC source for the first 80-90 frames, then a FILM source for the rest of the flick. And I end up geting different time lengths for audio and video.

Does anyone else have this problem? I haven't had any sync problems until now, and I've experimented with different rippers and DVD2AVI versions, all with the same result.

Just mark "Force FILM", I've had some Anime DVDs from Pioneer, NTSC came more than once, but I hadn't any synch problems

I do already. Actually, I didn't have any problems with Gladiator, so I guess it was just the FF DVD. I still don't know why I had sync problems with that one.
