i havnt tryd them on my ps3(as thats what i do my films for)

Hmm. Where do the originals come from?

What is wrong with the originals that makes you want/need to re-encode them??

What codec are you using to decode the video???

I re-encode the files so i can fit them onto an external hard drive on the ps3(fat32 4gig file limit) ... the original mkv files are way to large

i dont know the codec i installed community codec pack if thats any help

thanks for you time

just finnished doing my files from mkv to mp4 and they were perfect
but i was wanting to use mkv then convert them to vob so i could keep 5.1 audio....but i end up getting green flickers again with mkv!
