1) Download and extract drivers: http://www.geocities.jp/tamamy_ikesu/devicedriver.html

2) Connect your PS3 controller using USB cable

3) Go to Control Panel -> Device Manager -> Human Interface Drivers

4) Now you have to find where PS3 controller is connected. Double click on first 'USB Human Interface Device'.

5) Open 'Details' Tab and select 'Device Instance Path' under Property
If You see this line USB\VID_054C&PID_0268\5&2C29B42F&0&1 go to next step otherwise repeat step 4 with next 'USB Human Interface Device'.

6) Select 'Driver' tab and click 'Update Driver'

7) Select 'Browse my computer for driver software'

8) Select 'Let me pick from a list ...'

9) Click 'Have Disk'

10) Click 'Browse...' and select dualshock3.inf

11) Select 'Install this driver software anyway'

12) After Driver installation you have to Calibrate PS3 controller. Go to Control Panel -> Game Controllers -> Properties -> Settings -> Calibrate.
DON'T FORGET TO PRESS PS BUTTON on PS3 controller
