Hi, i just brought 'Death race' on blu-ray. It comes with a digital copy.
I was wondering whether i am able to view this on more than one pc? Obviously this is breaking the DRM?

I understand, that i could simply rip the blu ray and get a full 1080p video, but i wouldn't mind being able to play the movie on my laptop, which isn't able to play 1080p very well. I have tried anydvd, but it comes up with "drive X is not ready", in both my dvd drives and blu ray one. It is not a drive problem as when i insert any other disk it will start backing up fine.

Am i taking the wrong approach to this? Should i run the disk and use the 'transfer to hard disk' option and then take it from there to remove the drm e.t.c?

Any advice on this?

I believe that the code only works once, and thats why i don't want to try it yet without knowing if it will be possible...

I looked at the thread earlier, it almost answered my question.

You will need the program called "censored" to apply your Fair Use rights, then the un-drm-ed .m4v (or .mp4) can be copied and playback on devices other than apple devices (ipod, iphone etc.).

Are you not allowed to say what programs to use, hence the "censored" bit? Other than that i suppose it answered my question, i need to transfer it to my hard disk and then remove the drm....
