Setting up Shrink w/ Decryptor for iso

I just got a new laptop; so it's been years since I set this stuff up. How do I set up Shrink so that, when you want to create an iso file for say "main movie" only, that it creates it to an iso file, not ifo?

Backup > Select Backup Target > ISO Image file

Can't be that difficult!
