I ripped both of these with SmartRipper and with CladDVD and when I try to burn them with Prassi Primo DVD or RecordNow Max the program either crash or it only tries to write 1.75 mbs or something odd. I can burn other dvds that I have ripped previously but not these 2. Any ideas?
I also wanted to mention taht I moved the burner to my backup pc and loaded the Prassi software from scratch with the same results.

Seems to be something wrong with you new system.
It shouldn't happen the a burning tool is crashing!
So check you System configuration.

Sorry let me clarify
I ripped "Who Framed Roger Rabbit" and when I attempted to burn it (I even tried opening it in IFO Edit and doing Get VTS Sectors) and Prassi and RecordNow Max both would crash when I attempted to burn the disc. I then ripped "The Usual Suspects" and had the same issue. I then uninstalled both programs and went through the registry to clean it up. Then I reinstalled. After that it stopped crashing but it would only attempt to write 1.75 mb (or something equally as small) to the disc. After this I decided to move it to my backup pc because I didn't want to blow away the my main pc. After installing the burner to my secondary pc and installing Prassi I then re-ripped both discs. Again when I went to burn the disc it only wanted to burn 1.75 mb and then finalaize the disc. I then ripped "The Prophecy 3" and it burned just fine with no modifications. So I reripped and reripped WFRR and Usual Suspects several times trying it still no dice. Finally I just copied the movie only portion of Usual Suspects and used IFO edit to create a new VTS_01_0.IFO and VIDEO_TS.IFO and that will burn. It looks like the discs might have something weird with the original disc structure.
The problem is the same for both PCs. I then attempted to burn a copy with Nero 5.564 using Derrow's guide. I made sure to follow the instructions exactly. When I put the disc in my set top player it sees it as a DVD-Rom rather than a DVD-Video and doesn't play the disc.
My Config
PIII 733
512k ram ((640 on the other box)
WinXP
Prassi Primo 2.0 (with and without the engine update)
RecordNow Max 3.0 (also with and without the engine update)
Nero 5.5.6.4
Windows XP
Here are the original IFO files if you want to take a look. The only thing I can figure out is that these 2 discs are non-standard dvds. Anything else I try ripping will burn fine.
