If my observation is correct, you may want to make a minor addition, regarding installation, to your initial post to the BD-RB "bugs" thread.

For those few of us who are for the FIRST TIME installing AviSynth, FFDShow, and Halli Splitter on their systems, a reboot appears to be required in order to complete the installation and make BD-RB fully functional. Unless I've overlooked this, none of these programs state this to be a requirement.

(Otherwise, it will appear that BD-RB is operating correctly but, after converting audio, failing to process video)

I would also install WMP11. libavcodec does not support interlaced VC-1. BTW MY GUI always checks if above three are installed. If not information is displayed with proper links.
