I am having a problem with MeGUI's One-Click mode. The problem is that the output video seems to only have audio in it and no video. I'm not sure if this is just a problem during the muxing phase or if the video isn't getting encoded properly. When I use One-Click mode with VOB files it seems to encode through the video much faster than if I encoded the same VOB files using AutoEncode mode. I am using the same video profile and audio profile that I use when I use AutoEncode mode. When I use AutoEncode mode the video is encoded properly and my output file has audio and video. Does anybody know what could be the problem here?

you should update to the last version first...

I do have the latest version. I discovered there is nothing wrong with the encoding, it just isn't being muxed properly. I turned off the Delete Intermediate Files option in MeGUI and verified the video and audio files are created just fine. There are no errors reported in the log during muxing but it seems only the audio file is being muxed into the MPEG-4 container and not the video. I just muxed it manually using the MP4 Muxer and everything works fine. I'm just wondering what would cause it to not mux properly at the end of One-Click encodes only.

Here is some info from the log file:

[Information] Log for job31 (mux, Gungho_Video -> Gungho_0.mp4)

I think the problem is that there is no extension being added to the video file outputted by the encoder. I do have MP4 selected in the Container Type tab of my One-Click profile. When I added a .264 to that video file and then muxed it again with the MP4 encoder I got the following in the log and it was muxed properly:

-[Information] Log for job33 (mux, Gungho_Video.264 -> Gungho_Video-muxed.mp4)

Any way to make the X264 encoder or MeGUI add an extension to the video file outputted by the encoder?

obviously, you don't have the latest version (0.3.1.1013) because this has been fixed...

As of yesterday I had 0.3.1.1012. I checked for updates yesterday and there were none. I checked for updates today and 0.3.1.1013 was available so I updated to it. I will try the One-Click mode again and see how it works. Thanks for the help.

there may be a delay (up to one hour) depending on the server that megui selects for updates.
