Posting a job offer - which area?

Been visiting this forum as a non-member until now. There's good feedback on the topic I'm interested in (ffmpeg and h.264) however, I would like to discuss with someone whose an expert in this area.

This means, I need to post a job offer, but I'm not sure where it should go. Any suggestions?
