Hi All,

I am using DVD Maestro and DVD Conductor for DVD Authoring. All this years we were giving DLTS for replication. Since there is a problem in my DLT Drive i am looking to Give DDP Image to Replicator insted of DLTS. Can i make DDP Image from Maestro? If not then which pro level software do you suggest to make DDP image from AV TS of IMG.

Please help and advice.

Thanks.
Zerohash.

I'm pretty sure that Gear Mastering Pro does the job...

If you have a DVD5 project there won't be a problem, otherwise you will have to manually enter the dual-layer break, which is a pain in the butt!!!

Thanks for your reply. Can you suggest any other software apart from Gear. I dont mind spending more if it is better then Gear Pro Mastering edition since we are doing Pro Level DVDS. Please advice.

yep, i second DVDafteredit.

and it can be batched to do what you want it to. so you can have a standalone app that handles region code masking, CSS, macro etc, then all you have to use afteredit for is choosing a layer-break. a batch program is also good for checking things like region codes, as afteredit uses "region code masks" rather than a simple number, meaning it's very easy to do a run in the wrong region code... thankfully i never did.

supply the replicator with one layer per disc, and keep everything versioned and clearly marked (disc printers are good for this. where i used to work the same program that checked region codes etc also burnt the disc and printed a label on it, so nothing was ever lost).
