Can the aspect ratio of an AVC video or its TS container be altered without reencoding?
For example, it has a 2.35:1 image in a 1.78:1 frame, but the image should be 2.20:1, so the frame must be changed to 1.90:1 to correct the difference.
This can be corrected during playback in MPC-HC, but correcting the file would allow proper playback on a stand-alone device such as NMT/Popcorn Hour.
