Hello,
I tried to do a capture from a PAL VHS player. the capture was done in Virtual Dub using more or less default settings.
I then tried to do en encode in CCE using the DVD profile.
Finally i used dvd lab pro to author this to a dvd. The dvd played fine on a computer but when playing it back on the TV - well there was something wrong with the picture - it wasn't pleasant to look at. Kinda hard to describe, but almost like watching an analog monitor at very low frequency. - Flickery image might be the word for it.
Anyone know what could be wrong?
